- 購買狀態為處理中 ( Pending ) 已經超過 30 分鐘
- 購買狀態為完成（Done），但你的錢包中尚未收到購買的幣

- The status displayed [Pending] for over 30 minutes
- The status displayed [Done] but you haven’t receive the crypto your purchased.
