Click on the “menu” → [Purchase History] to check the order status and other details

In the detail page, you will be able to see the order status, your purchase, payment details, etc. The uppermost code is your order number. If you have any problems with the purchase, you can contact the customer service and provide your order number and the problem you encountered to get assistance or guidance from us.
